Chula Vista ~ Night Ride

December 9th, 2022 – $29

Grab your lights and join us for an evening exploring the Otay Lakes Trails.  This is an INTERMEDIATE ride, participants should be comfortable riding off-road on undulating terrain, previous trail riding experience is necessary. The Chula Vista Night Ride is open to riders 8+, expect to ride about 5  miles on trails with varying terrain.

We are excited to announce that adults can participate alongside your youth rider. The same skill, equipment and bike requirements stated above apply for adults. You must also reserve a spot for yourself to join in on the ride.

LOCATION: Mountain Hawk Park – 1475 Lake Crest Dr, Chula Vista, CA 92915

EVENT DATE: December 9, 2023

EVENT TIME: 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM

EQUIPEMENT: Geared mountain bike with at least 24” wheels and hand breaks, weather and time appropriate clothing, closed toed shoes, water and a snack.

BIKE LIGHTS: A bike light that is mounted to the rider’s helmet or handle bars is also required for this ride.  The bike light should be at least 900 lumens.  We have a few lights that can be borrowed for the ride, if you need a light please email info@sprockidssd.com prior to registering.

Night rides are a great way to explore local trails and we are looking forward to an adventure filled evening!
